How to make a.......Vinyl wall hanging

Get some old unloved 45,s hopefully in different colours, some plastic fishing wire and in an lazy October afternoon you can transform one of your rooms.
Lay the 45,s out on the floor or table,
Arrange the colours and design you want-I made a square shape but you could made a long rectangular shape verticle or horizontal etc.
Use the fishing wire to weave in out of the records and hang on the wall.

Football bags...recycling at it,s best

How to make football bags.Get one punctured football,basketball...or any balls that you desire.Cut across the top and sew some ribbon border with a darning neddle  you could use glue but I like to see the stitches.Attach a handle -I used an old bicycle tube -(or try  a tie,an old belt,ribbon..ect.)-its pretty tough going sewing this..try glue first if you don,t want the hardship.
This is one of the reasons I love designing with recycled items...you get the chance to transform some useless into something beautiful.

Motorbike Glove Bag

One of my favourites from an old collection of mine. The motorbike glove bag with fake fur trim and recycled bag handle. My friend Natalie bought this bag and two hours later someone stole it from her in barcelona ....so if anyones seen this let me know just because I miss it.
I met an Australian artist this summer who was exhibiting in Belguim and I thought how wonderful that you,re so sucessful.I was a wee bit curious and my jealousy level was high(good jealousy- the type thats wants the same thing and makes you dream) and she was wonderful so alive and happy in her work and wished she could keep all her sculptures because she loves them. From that day I,ve decided to do just that to create what I enjoy

I,m going to use this blog to store old images to share with the world and to remind myself of past treasures.
